- SRSelena ReyesJun 29, 20261.0Overcharged and RAW chicken. I’ve unfortunately had several issues here over time, including being served raw chicken in the past. After multiple negative experiences, my husband and I decided we would no longer return. During my visit on 6/29/2026, I was again overcharged. Because I have a disability that makes prolonged standing difficult, I often have to move quickly through stores and don’t always notice pricing errors right away. However, after reviewing previous purchases, I realized I had been overcharged on multiple occasions. On this visit, Pepsi and Mountain Dew products were advertised as 2 for $4.25, but I was charged $5. When I asked for my receipt, the employee seemed reluctant to provide it. After I pointed out the advertised price, he checked the products himself to see if there was a difference in flavor or promotion eligibility. Posted pic of the receipt will be included the raw chicken was reported last year to NYS HEALTH Inspectors. Between being served raw chicken and repeatedly being charged incorrectly, I can no longer recommend this establishment. Customers should carefully check their food and receipts before leaving.

They have to put what grade into their system. She said i asked for regular smfh. I Paid another 40 dollars and still waiting for my refund. Its been about 2.5 weeks and I live in buffalo

They’ve done some sketchy things as well in the past with overcharging us for items. RAW chicken is where I drew the line. I’m only making this review simply because they refused to take their sandwich back and give us a refund.
