- ATanni teaApr 6, 20261.0they don’t hep you at all. i was at self checkout & there was a worker nearby. the machine said i needed assistance but the worker was helping someone else so i waited. while waiting, i saw another worker passing by & asked her for help but she gave me very unclear instructions so i decided to just wait for the worker nearby. that took an extremely long time & completely ignored us & the machines loud notification to the employees that we need help. we waited what felt like 20minutes for the worker to finish what she was doing. we thought she would help us since the notif from the machine was BLARING but she ignored it & me until i said something. she was rude & i didn’t even finish my sentence before she cut me off telling me in an annoyed tone that someone else has to help me. i get that she’s busy but she was RIGHT there, behind my self checkout stall. she could’ve told me in those 15minutes to help me but instead she made me wait & she was awfully rude about it. what kind of customer service? this was gross & made me extremely uncomfortable. do BETTER.

I was ordering cupcakes for my twins’ birthday party and the bakery staff was beyond helpful, kind, and accommodating. When I arrived to pickup my order and wanted to put something I purchased myself on the cupcakes, they offered to put it on for me and even make sure that my daughters’ favorite princesses got accounted for on the cupcakes. They really went above and beyond, especially Brian who I spoke to multiple times. He and the team there were fantastic and I would absolutely order again for any event!
