  Ordered pickup and they barely filled our bowls past halfway. AND we each ordered double chicken. This isn't the first time they've done this either, but it's definitely the last time we're ordering here

  Very cross contaminated. Watched a worker wrap a flour tortilla then poke her finger in all of the prepared trays. 100% cross contaminating the entire line.

  I haven’t been here in a long time. Came today, most staff was joking/gaming around. There was a boy waiting to take my order, but then I waited almost 5 min for someone to check me out so I could pay. 3 different people came to the register speaking Spanish amongst each other. They were laughing and playing around meanwhile I’m standing waiting to pay. I won’t be back.

  Honestly, I usually like Chipotle and have been going to this one for a while. But I am not a fan of plastic in my food… I thought it was lettuce and almost ate it. The other star was for the fact that the food was actually good, it’s just the plastic.

  SHUT THIS LOCATIONS DOWN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They will give your raw food ! They will be so rude to you for their mistakes it’s disgusting ! I came here last night around 9:30pm w my little sister they overcharged me for queso I’m severely allergy to dairy! I tell the cashier whom was very nice that I need a refund just for the queso! I open the bowl for the cashier to see it doesn’t have any queso . When the cashier tells the girl who made my bowl about it the girl proceeds to tell me with an attitude I told her to put cheese on it again I had already opened the bowl and I told the cashier I was allergic so I proceed to tell the other girl I’m allergic there is no way! The customer next to me tells them hell take the bowl when this girl who made my bowl snatches the bowl and tell him no and that if he has a problem he could call corporate she literally throws out my bowl and tell me I had to go back to the line so she can remake it! So they wasted food , my time and my money so I tell the cashier okay trying not to be combative that I still needed a refund for the 1.70 to which she tell me she need to get someone I said get your manager he comes up doesn’t say a word to me has my receipt in his hand and doesn’t apologize for the situation doesn’t say a word to me which I than just asked for a full refund the girl who made the mistake didn’t apologize the manger didn’t apologize lol I have a serve allergy and they’re telling me I asked for cheese like please! The bowl had no cheese I just needed a refund this is ridiculous they need better training this was so disgusting! I’ve came here before gotten raw rice not fully cooked and hard , I’ve had people not put everything in my orders when I order pick up ! The manger sucks and some of the employees suck! Y’all should do better if I could put a negative 0 I would I didn’t even get their name with how upset I was lol I left hangry but after a 12 hour shift I don’t need a attitude w my meal !
