  I paid for extra guac, it was 8:50 so it’s nowhere near to being closed, even then I only got like one bite worth of guac, I was gon crash out but lotta people around so I didn’t wanna cause scene. No nothing prepared and ready. Spend 40$ while only getting 15$ worth of food.

  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. We ordered two kids chicken quesadilla, a basic menu item, and the staff refused to make it for us. There was little effort to explain the situation or offer a reasonable alternative, and the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive. When you’re dining with children, something as simple as ordering from the kids menu shouldn’t become an issue. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service made what should have been a quick and easy meal incredibly frustrating. I hope management addresses this with the team, because this is not the level of service customers should expect from Chipotle, especially for a simple order.

  I have been going to this Chipotle since they opened and honestly, things have really gone down hill. I reached out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing to help so I am warning people here instead. We went to Chipotle a few weeks ago and the place was absolutely disgusting. Tables were covered in cleaning rags and soiled food, the food line (where our food was made) was absolutely disgusting, the cashier refused to give me a receipt, there was a leaf in my food, there were no cup lids for the drinks, they tried to give me an old cheese that had condensation on it and then gave me a hard time when I asked for a new one, the garbages were overflowing, the bathroom had no soap, the staff was rude and wouldn’t give a refund and we were so grossed out we couldn’t eat.

  It was 5 pm, on a weekday they are out of guacamole and cheese. Portions were terrible only had rice and sour cream in it. Was supposed to be chicken, got charged for chicken plate had no chicken. Not the first time. I used to have chipotle 4-5 times a month, this was the last straw, not just this location but every single location I go to. It used to be so good, is it really worth for them to go so low on quality to lose costumers but to make up with skimpy portions?

  Asked if I could redeem my BOGO in store, they told me yes. I order two burrito bowls, they had no steak. I asked for queso blanco and I open my bag at home to see regular queso. I go to pay and they said the BOGO code isn't working so I basically got baited into ordering two bowls because I still had to pay for both. Worker finally packs my order into a bag and the handles break. He packs it again in the same type of bag and of course it breaks again. Was in a rush so I couldn't wait for him to try packing it again in the same type of bag just for it to probably break again so I just had to carry it out (in heavy rain) with no handle. Overall poor customer service, very disappointed!
