People are tired they need to clean up, but anyways we come in there lady walks by 3 times and completely ignores us, and then finally addresses us “Can I help you?” With a poor pissy attitude and angry that we are even there. As my brothers ordering she’s still wiping the counter down with a rag, instead of getting to our order….Then when she went to wrap his burrito, lol…. She crumbled it up like a piece of looseleaf paper and put the foil over it then we were on our way. I get it customer service isn’t easy but once again, then doesn’t justify you to mistreat people just cause you’re in a bad mood or whatever. Customer service goes a long way. You need to be kind, attentive and put a smile on your face even though your outside personal life isn’t perfect, cause listen we’re all human and everybody goes through things. energy is energy at the end of the day, what you put out is what you will receive.

When I told her, she had an attitude and kept insisting I gave her a 20. She even said only two people used 50s that day without checking the register. It was really uncomfortable being told I was wrong when I knew what I handed her. They eventually checked the camera, and it showed I did give a 50. Glad it got fixed, but the attitude and how it was handled was not okay. Definitely left a bad impression.
