I ordered a chicken sandwhich deluxe meal, and when i pulled the sandwhich out of the bag, it was a regular chicken sandwhich. So, I then go backup to the cash register and ask them for the correct order. The cashier takes my sandwich and I ask him, with it in hand, can I keep this one? He replies no. He turns around and goes to the back to speak to the other staff. I view them conversing, and the other staff member did not realize he gave me a regular sandwich, not a deluxe. That's alright, mistakes happen. I am explaining to the staff in conversation, about five of them behind the counter, and say "I also touched that with my hand, I wouldn't put that back. May I just have it?" but before I could finish my sentence, he tosses it into the garbage. I reply and say "if you were going to just throw it out, you could've given it to me instead of wasting food" The girl then comes up to me and waves her hand and says "it's all good, it's all good. Don't worry about it". Absolutely rude staff and not hospitable for a mistke of their own, and wasteful at that. They were then snickering and laughing as I walked off. Very disappointed in the response of multiple employees. I would've expected a much more courtious response reflective of "our pleasure", since the error was completely on their end, and they had an opportunity to make it right and keep a customer happy.
