  I wish I can read this Pizza Hut zero. I just received a pizza that was undercooked, smelled and tested rancid and disgusting. Still took a bite because I had to spend money in time on it and immediately had to go to bathroom. This is the most disgusting pizza I have ever tried. What is wrong with this Pizza Hut?

  The people that work here have NO IDEA what they are doing. One of the girls just kept walking around the kitchen lifting things up and putting them back down. It was really sad to watch.

  I walked in the restaurant at 5:10p (May 26,2026) to pick up my mobile order. I wasn’t greeted and I stood there until 5:16p and finally the phone rang. A young lady came over to answer the phone and shortly afterwards a young man walked over. He asked “what can I get you?” I responded, “I’m here for a pickup”. He didn’t hear me because he was wearing his AirPods. Overall not a good experience.

  This Pizza Hut was great we don't have a Pizza Hut close by us in Connecticut so while we were in New York we stopped here and the gentleman at the register was fantastic I'm the one who made a mistake and he corrected it and gave me great food thank you

  The boneless wings were excellent crispy & full of flavor, easily the best part of the meal. The Cinna Sticks were just as good as ever, warm, sweet & consistently satisfying. The pizza, though, was disappointing. I used to love it growing up, but it didn’t have the same flavor this time around. It tasted very bland, no seasoning on the crust.
