  I had an extremely upsetting experience I had at your restaurant involving a double charge and the unprofessional behavior of a supervisor. I was charged twice, resulting in over $70 being taken from my account. I showed the supervisor proof directly from my bank account that the charges went through, and he personally witnessed the transactions. Despite this, instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he repeatedly made disrespectful and sarcastic comments about the funds “not being available” in my account, even though the proof clearly showed otherwise. The entire interaction was recorded, including the supervisor refusing to provide me with a higher-up or corporate contact number when I first requested it. Every time I asked for assistance or contact information for someone above him, I was ignored. Eventually, he briefly showed us a contact number written on a McDonald’s to go paper bag. When I politely asked if he could write the number and his name down on a real piece of paper for me, he refused, took the paper away, ignored me again, then shut and locked the window directly in our faces. What makes this even more disturbing is that this behavior took place in front of my children. The rude comments, mocking behavior, and aggressive attitude caused my kids to become visibly upset and cry. No parent or customer should be treated this way while simply trying to resolve a billing issue.I work in customer service myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. However, this is not how customers should ever be treated, especially by someone in a management position. The supervisor consistently acted disrespectfully, dismissive, and intentionally unhelpful throughout the situation while trying to be “funny” instead of professional. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and have requested corporate to investigate this situation thoroughly, assist me with resolving the double charge issue, and address the supervisor’s conduct appropriately.

  Just stopped by to get a coffee an ice cream, and to use the restroom. They were busy but very polite, I think it was a manager, he come out to open the restroom for us. Place looked clean, window for order pick-up was on point. Thank you.
