Yes, I’ve been going to the Mount Sinai Store for over 20 years on and off. I live a great distance away, but this is the only store that’s fast very polite knows my name the one gentleman that’s here all the time. I forgot his name. He’s been working here for at least 20+ years because that’s how long I’ve been coming on and off to pick up Pizza and when they say 15 minutes it’ll be ready or 10. it’s ready before then very fast and efficient and the food is always excellent. No complaints.

Cashier lady with long hairs has got some Attitude Issues. I think she doesn’t like Working here or papa johns not paying her enough or something else. She didn’t even greet and Was on the phone entire time. Unacceptable behavior.

Had a great experience at Papa John’s in Mount Sinai! The pizza was hot, fresh, and made perfectly, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My order was ready quickly, everything tasted amazing, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can tell the team works hard to provide great service. Definitely one of the better Papa John’s locations around — I order from here often!
