Had a previous experience of waiting 40 min for my coffee, after being told it was on the way, I waited more and then asked again and they said the sticker got misplaced. Not great but I could’ve been more assertive in asking sooner. Now today we ordered some drinks and some food, 2 out of our 3 drinks had tea in them when they should have had coffee! They did remake them but then the coffee still tasted wrong, like it was burnt or something? And the flavors were not coming through at all. Both times I didn’t receive my money back, or a discount, or anything. Obviously that’s not required but it would’ve been nice and definitely helped them save face. Overall it seems like most of the workers are all teenagers, with it probably being their first job and all so it kind of makes sense, but I feel like it would benefit them to have a manager with them or someone who is older/has more experience. Probably won’t stop here again…

We always order on the app prior to arriving and it never fails…. The drive through line takes forever. Approximately 5+ minutes per car and the line is rarely short. Today 5 cars ahead of us, arrived in line at 11:02 and received my order at 11:36. While in line, we watched cars pull into the lot and then left for McDonalds. Once we got to the pick up window our order hasn’t even been started. Options are minimal in this town and we can’t just leave because we already ordered and paid for our order 5 minutes before arriving. On top of that, the frozen drink I get has chocolate sauce over flowing from the lid, both the top and the bottom of the lid and every time I pick it up I have chocolate sauce on my hand and today was no different. Dunkin, do better…..
