I have never had a wrong order at another Dunkin in the area closer to my workplace. I order from the other one many times a week for years and have never had any problems. Would probably recommend any other nearby Dunkin to avoid the headache this one gives.

There is no customer service at all whatsoever. I asked for light milk and the coffee came out light. I didn’t even want to bother asking to get it fixed because of how incredibly rude the worker was- that’s how bad it was! This is exactly why I don’t like coming to this location. I will go an extra five minutes out of my way to get Starbucks because the coffee and the customer service here has never been great.
