Upon arrival I was told they “Ran out of salads several days ago.” I requested that they refund the salads portion of the order. I was advised I’d have to wait for the manager to return. They had “No ideas when that would be.” I ended up have to sit there for an hour before the manager arrived. They didn’t even have the decency to come out to tell me the order was refunded. I STRONGLY urge to steer clear of this franchise. They don’t seem to have any concerns about customer satisfaction. If you INSIST on patronizing them, DON’T PAY THRU THE APP. Select PAY AT STORE. This way you don’t get charged for out of stock items.
