Fantastic food and service! Shout out to Crystal. Our family of 3 was staying at the water park and needed better food options. Albella was perfect, large portion sizes, delicious food - the chicken, bacon ranch pizza was best I’ve ever had. My husband thought the shrimp scampi was fantastic. We’d definitely go back in a heart beat. There was so much food we took it back to the water park accommodation for next day.

Went in a Friday from the Kartrite resort and it was a rough dinner all around. Poor teens responsible for an entire room so even spilled salad sat on the floor from halfway through dinner on, and the food was tolerable at best. Wish I could offer another chance but I spent double what I expected for below average food, so I’d rather try another venue next.

I did an online order Monday spending almost $100.00 and I did also tip the servers during my prepayment. All received confirmation showed the time for pick up, I arrived 10 mins later then advised, my order appeared ready but the server told us to hold on as she appeared to be looking for something, she also asked us 2x if we were a different party name, which we confirmed twice the order name we were picking up. Fifteen minutes later then advised gentleman that makes the pizza noticed how we truly weren’t being helped, he came over verified our order name, again (not his fault) and handed us out ordered which as it appeared had been ready that whole time. The food was already cold but I tried to not let that damper anything. I was then surprised furthermore, the chicken dish had no flavor at all, even the chicken parmigiana was bland, but the penne Al a vodka was then worst. It tasted as if they took their regular marinara sauce and added a splash of cream to give it the normal appearance. I swear I didn’t finish these dishes. For this to be one of the most expensive restaurants in the area I was floored. I’m upset I wasted the money down from the service I received picking my order up, tipping the server when I placed the order, to the taste of the food. This is not and should not be called or considered Italian food. I’m only giving the one star because of the gentleman who noticed my food just sitting there getting cold as I waited for the girl to look for my food, or whatever she was doing. I mean she asked more than once if I was there to pick up for Anderson.

Staff was too busy counting the tips. Had too interup them to put in my order. Got it and the food wasn't really that good. Used to be???.

We used to love the food and wait staff at Albella, though it always took way too long to get the food (once over an hour). Our recent visit, the food was not good--my eggplant rollatini tasted burned and everyone else said their food was just okay. The service was not especially attentive or pleasant, and the waitress wouldn't give us the vegetables in the salads that came with our meal, minus the possibly-tainted lettuce. To top it all off, they refused to honor the senior citizens discount they offer on their website. Sadly, although we live here all year, we won't be going back.
