  Unfriendly staff and terrible service. We waited an hour just to be seated, and then another hour for the food to arrive. After all that waiting, the food was average at best—certainly nothing special enough to justify the long wait or the poor service. The horrible experience started with an unhappy hostess who had a terrible attitude and continued with a waiter who was completely disorganized. Don’t go unless you’re prepared to wait for hours and be treated poorly. An awful experience from A to Z.

  We were told there would be a 1 hour and 15 min wait which we excepted it turned out to be longer and by the time we were seated it was 9pm. Our waiter was extremely rude we were told oh its late the kitchen will not be happy why were we even seated if there was an issue. The place opens at 5 and closes at 10 . After our food was served and we finished eating they started to stack up chairs at the table next to us not professional at all. The waiter made several rude comments and never said thank you. I should not have left a tip which I did 20 percent my mistake. If a manager or owner reads this they should speak to their employees about good customer service it was not there. We have eaten here in the past and it was run with alot more professionalism.

  We specifically requested no red onions in the chicken gyro and asked for the tzatziki sauce on the side. While the sauce was served on the side, the gyro still arrived with red onions mixed throughout salad. When we brought it to our waitress’s attention, her response was simply, “Well, the sauce was on the side,” as if that made the mistake acceptable. The service throughout our visit was unprofessional and dismissive. Two people in our group also had serious shellfish allergies (crab and shrimp), and when we mentioned our concerns, the waitress replied, “Well, this is a seafood place.” That was an inappropriate and concerning response to a legitimate allergy issue. Overall, the poor service, lack of attention to dietary requests, and dismissive attitude made for a very disappointing dining experience. We may not return.
