  Deals we saw online were not available at store only w/online orders only. We made an online order, which was no problem, we got there before the rush and was able to grab a table. Wait, time for the food was about 25 minutes. My friend kept checking for our order and at no point did the staff offer us our drinks. Finally, I went up and asked for our drinks. Where I was given 2 cups but no straws. Had to go back up and ask for straws. Finally, when our name was called and we got our order you could feel how cold the food was through the bag. The chicken was cold. The fries were hot. So being that we were two people and the meal came with twenty boneless wings, my friends, and I split them, which is a nice option that the app lets you do. When it came time to divvy up the food, we ordered 10 original wings. And those were packaged with the wrong label that said habanero. So my friend ordered the habanero. I unknowingly handed those to him. I ordered barbecue and I ordered original. So when I bit into one of the what I thought was original I got the shock of my life. It was actually the habanero. My mouth was on fire. I don't like hot (spicey) food that I cannot enjoy. I told my friend there had to have been a mistake. So we switched cause he had already eaten five of the original which was original buffalo. The quality of food was good but the temperature, wait and service was all bad. They were under staffed and they dont supply napkins or utensils, they expect you to eat, dip and cleanup with nothing but your fingers. Has potential but they really need to work on execution.

  Tienen tanto personal por gusto todos parados y ni se fijan lo que ponen en la orden,pedí un combo que traía 20 piezas de wings y cuando llegue a casa me pusieron 10 y me cobraron el mismo dinero.para nada tienen tanto personal solo para estar hablando por gusto.

  I would have posted a picture of my order but I tooore that bag up! 🤣 But seriously, this was my very first time trying WingStop here. The dining area and restrooms were spotless! I also wanted to take the time to shout out Luka and Ebony (I hope I spelled their names right). They greeted me with a smile and ensured my order was accurate and piping hot! Most of all, their overall demeanor and kindness made the experience great and I will certainly be back soon. Thanks again! ☺️
