  I don’t come here very often but I decided to stop in tonight and I’m so happy I did! I showed up 10 minutes before my pickup time and wasn’t sure if I could be accommodated to get my order sooner but the manager on shift helped me right away! He was patient attentive, calm and kind! I had to tell him how amazing he was doing in all the chaos! I really appreciate service like that, especially keeping your cool when it’s crazy. He definitely needs recognition.

  Foods good. Told me not to eat at tables at 930 aware that they close at 11 that black lady said in a rude tone you can’t sit at the tables you have to eat outside while it’s 89 degrees out side

  The tables And floor were dirty not one come outside to cleaned and we was there for around 25 mi minutes

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. The food is consistently cold, stale, and often tastes sour, as if it has been sitting out far too long. The tortillas are dry, cracked, and seem old rather than fresh. The customer service is just as disappointing. The staff frequently come across as rude and act as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the restaurant exists. I've given this location multiple chances, including three in-person visits and several DoorDash orders, and every experience has been poor. The quality, freshness, and service have been consistently unacceptable. Management needs to take a serious look at what is happening here because this location is damaging the Chipotle brand.

  The person that made these tacos should be ashamed. A sprinkle of meat over rice like it’s coming out of your own paycheck. I wish I could take my tip back. Here’s a tip for everyone else: DON’T EAT HERE. The reviews speak for themselves. Also my guacamole was all brown and my kid wouldn’t touch it. So that’s $30 worth of food in the trash. I’ve never had this experience at the Yorktown location.
