She was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and completely turned my day around with her positive attitude and warm personality. To be honest, a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts locations can feel very strict or stingy when it comes to customer requests or simple accommodations, so I usually don’t expect much. But this experience was completely different. Doreen went out of her way to be friendly, patient, and helpful, and it honestly stood out. The location itself is also great — they even have a convenient drive-through, which makes it an easy stop while traveling. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again, Doreen, for going above and beyond and making someone’s day brighter!

  Is not -star but the the front csr deserve Rude unprofessional needs to get more education for a costumer them is an other girl I think her name is Ana what a nice service i wait for you to appreciate for your service but you never come back Ana CSR like you made people to come back to you store

  Stopped here to save time on my trip and it took them 10 minutes to even take my order (with only 1 person ahead of me in line) and another 15 to get it to me. Slowest Dunkin ever. Not to mention the attitude I got from the person working the speaker when I tried to confirm an item that wasn’t showing up on the screen.
