  Incredibly slow and bad service. Save yourself the headache and go across the food court to Pret.

  Don’t recommend because of long lines and waiting times for pick up. They just forgot about my order. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for nothing. When I asked to cancel my order they were rude. The place is dirty by the way. I wish I could give zero stars to this place.

  Got a bagel here and it was hard as a rock. The refresher I received also didn’t have ice and was mostly green tea. Spend your money somewhere else.

She was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and completely turned my day around with her positive attitude and warm personality. To be honest, a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts locations can feel very strict or stingy when it comes to customer requests or simple accommodations, so I usually don’t expect much. But this experience was completely different. Doreen went out of her way to be friendly, patient, and helpful, and it honestly stood out. The location itself is also great — they even have a convenient drive-through, which makes it an easy stop while traveling. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again, Doreen, for going above and beyond and making someone’s day brighter!
