  Not so,hot please check all the items you ordered are there, because they have a tendency to short you We went back one time and I told them, I was short an item, their response was I forgot that I ate it already, not great 😑 The one in Westbury is much better, a cup of coffee is limited to their capacity.

  I understand that the night shift is difficult, and the speaker’s volume could have been low, but carrying yourself in an entitled and rude manner (such as complaining about us within our hearing range) is not excusable. The person working the drive-through tonight insisted he couldn’t hear us, despite repeating our order multiple times — twice of which was to his face. We’re confident it’s not a hearing or language barrier issue because he seemed to speak perfect English to his buddy over his personal AirPods. Because he said he couldn’t hear us, he kept repeating the order back to us wrong. He also brought us the order wrong the first time, which wouldn’t have been a problem if he didn’t begin complaining loudly the moment he turned his back.

  Terrible customer service. Went to simply purchase some late night treats. Drive thru was the only thing open at the time so I proceeded to give my order and for some reason the store associate could not hear me, so I drove up. I was asking questions regarding their coolatas and the attendants response seemed condescending. Just confirming what flavors they had and his response was “yeah that’s it” with little to know emotion. Then I told him I wanted munchkins, 25 jelly and 25 glazed. Attendant brings me 50 jelly and 50 glazed. I ended up leaving feeling disgusted from the store associates customer service. I noticed he had airpods in his ear and I mentioned about it. He responded while walking away “don’t tell me what to do” Why would you hire someone people facing with such terrible attitude. No sense of customer service what so ever. Feels like he wasn’t trained on etiquette or understands he’s on the job.

  The service was terrible. My straightforward order for a sugarless coffee was not prepared correctly.

  Never had a problem until I found a piece of plastic in my bacon as I was eating it, and when I tried to call, the phone number did not work.
