- EGelijah gAug 24, 20261.0Horrible service, whoever the two women were who worked the morning shift at the drive through, they were so condescending and kept racially profiling my passengers and I, because one card didn’t work and we asked to park in the windows eye view so we can fix it and get back in line so we don’t hold everyone up, and the line was obviously long so the food got cold, and when we asked for it to be remade, they simply blamed it on us and refused even though Dunkin’s policy is to always “Make It Right”. Truly just the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dunkin, and im LOYAL. Made me wanna switch to the Starbucks across the street real fast. My egg and cheese croissant was cold, along with my coffees. Just absurd as to how employees can be brought up to have that sort of an attitude and demeanor towards customers. Never will I EVER show my face at this Dunkin again. Just appalled, honestly.
