When I asked about it I was screamed at and was told she doesn’t know anything and that I don’t get the donut. Instead of other staff member R stepping up they supported her. I decided to walk out. This is unacceptable as management they need to do better.

The first time they gave my order it was missing a donut and they gave me iced matcha latte. I asked he could please give me the missing donuts and to make my drink hot. He apologized and gave me my another hot cup and missing donut. Got home to eat and drink my matcha. Donuts were a rock on how hard they were and guess what? They gave me a chai latte with regular milk. Conclusion everything to the garbage. Waste of time and money!
