All the seats are already stacked up. Food isn’t listed and stay look at you like your crazy for coming in this late. Mind you it doesn’t close for another hour, I get wrapping everything up 15 or even 20 minutes before but an hour!?

I understand that the restaurant was busy and that the employees were probably under a lot of pressure, and I completely understand that mistakes can happen when things are rushed. However, I was still disappointed with the service because I clearly asked for both a bowl and a burrito, but I was only given the burrito. I know I only paid for the burrito, chips, guacamole, and cheese, so I’m not asking for a refund for the bowl. My issue is more about the service and communication. If I ask for something and the employee is unable to make it or there is some confusion, I would rather they let me know instead of just leaving it out. Even though I understand they were busy, I feel like my request should still have been acknowledged. I normally enjoy Chipotle, which is why this experience was frustrating. I hope the staff can be a little more attentive to customers’ requests, even during busy times. I understand that everyone has stressful days, but good communication and making sure customers get what they ask for can make a big difference in their experience.
