  I drove 45 minutes today specifically for their blue coconut cream slushy—which is the only reason I still come here—only to find the staff just walking in an hour after their posted opening time. On top of that, the dine-in section has been closed for weeks. With this level of operations, it’s hard to imagine how this location stays in business.

  When I arrived, of the two drive thru lanes available, only one of them was open. OK, there were several bays available, so I pulled into one. After pressing the button and sitting for 15 minutes, there was no response. Another car that pulled in AFTER me eventually got a response. This is very poor service and this is the lowest score I've ever had to give. We left after this with no food or even attention given. Wasn't worth trying the other drive thru. And this is probably why the Sonic locations in the Hudson Valley are either closed or closing.

  Refused to bring my mobile order to the carhop… twice 2 different days. Lazy and inconsiderate. Let me sit at the stall for 15 minutes before I pressed the button again and then proceeded to say just drive thru.

  We arrived looking forward to eating in. Doors were locked. Then parked at one of the spots to order, those didn’t work! We had to pull out and go through the drive in. Very frustrating. We hadn’t planned to have to eat in the car. Appreciate they have breakfast all day. Food was hot.

  Drove well out of my way to visit this Sonic since I do not have one in my home state, and as a former Texan I greatly miss it. This is a location that offers an indoor dining room. On a Saturday morning around 10:45am it was locked. Drove around to one of the carhop spots, pressed the button and the woman working said they were not using the spots and only drive through was open. When doing a road trip, it’s much easier to eat while stationary than driving. Once I got my food she shut the window so quickly I couldn’t get in a question to ask for hot sauce. Who eats a breakfast burrito without hot sauce?! If you’re use to Sonics this one sucks. Keep driving.
