- AZAdam Zurich5 days ago5.0Hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in a long time, so stopping here for lunch was a real nostalgia trip. There's something special about these full-sized locations with an actual dining room, and we sat in the dining room for our meal. There's no wait service during the day; we ordered at the counter and they brought everything right out to us. We were served within a minute of arriving, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout. Everything tasted great. We also had the hot boneless wings, and the large meat-lovers pan pizza tasted just like I remembered. It was a good value for the money. With the recent ownership change, I'm hoping to see the brand make a comeback in the years to come.

All of the lights in the dining room were off. They clearly were not planning on dining room guests. It was 7pm. We were told, "have a seat. Come up to the counter when you want to order". We ordered right then. No fountain soda. No table service. No waitress/waiter. Had to ask for a cloth to wash my own table. Pizza was okay at best. What happened to the days when you walked in, were GREETED, sat at a table and waited on? If your restaurant isn't doing great, maybe look at the manager you have running running store and the team in place. I can tell you that these folks aren't doing you any favors. Do better.
