  I cannot say enough, or extend enough gratitude to Amanda, the employee who absolutely went above and beyond for my husband and I. We called desparately searching for a food product for our pet, as we could not find any in stock in Pa stores. This employee took the time to listen to the situation, locate this product, and even greet us in store after the 2 hour drive from another state. We purchased the product and avoided a medical emergency with our pets. Its very rare to find this type of dedication in retail. This employee is amazing, and should be recognized and rewarded for her excellent customer service.

  As I was picking up my to-go order, 6/12/26 10:35am I noticed the employee assisting other customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles. However, when it was my turn, I was left to load all of my bags into my car myself. Not sure why I was the only car she felt to just watch me do it alone and allowed other cars to sit and wait while she did it for them without asking. What stood out even more was the lack of basic customer interaction. I greeted her when she approached, but received no response. After loading the last bag, I thanked her, and again there was no acknowledgment. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service is about more than completing a transaction.. it includes treating customers with courtesy and respect. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and engagement during this experience. I hope additional attention is given to customer service standards so that all customers feel valued and acknowledged.
