- DBDavid BurlingameAug 11, 20262.0I'm getting really frustrated with the drive-thru experience at this Dunkin'. The prices are already high enough, and now you get handed a card reader thru the window asking to leave a tip for a drive-thru order. I'm not against tipping when someone provides exceptional service, but I dont think customers should feel pressured to tip simply for placing a simple coffee order. What makes it even more frustrating is that the order is wrong or in some way messed up 25% of the time. On top of that, there have been multiple occasions where they're out of cups, out of straws, or missing something that should be basic supplies for a coffee shop. As someone who visits this location everyday, I'm not expecting perfection, but i do expect some consistency. If I'm paying premium prices for coffee, I expect the order to be correct and the basic items needed for the order to actually be available. Before asking customers for tips, maybe focus on getting orders correct and providing consistent service.
- SJSha JenningsJul 1, 20264.0This location would be good if it was more balanced. It seems in the mornings they have an abundance of employees yet at night they sometimes have 2! I have seen a young man and young girl working by themselves numerous times looking very tired and stressed but holding down the counter, cooking food making drinks and running drive thru with no complaints. Teens nowadays do not get enough recognition or incentives to stay at a job yet these two seem to have been raised right! I am hoping the manager will see this and give them a raise and some kind of incentive because they deserve it! The young man is tall lightskin with dark curly hair and the young woman is tall light skin with dark hair. They might be siblings but they are excellent workers and they also make EXCELLENT coffee!

I didn’t get their name but I got to figure out they are two sisters. The service was poor they need to be fired . Such a popular franchise they should be more careful about selecting their employees. Such a big disappointment , never coming back again because of these two sisters in that location.
