Every visit involves an extremely long wait, even when ordering online ahead of time. There have been multiple occasions where I still waited 10+ minutes after my scheduled pickup time. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of acknowledgment from staff. The last two visits, no one greeted customers or even acknowledged people waiting for orders. Customer service and professionalism seem to be lacking, and it creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I understand places get busy, but basic communication and courtesy go a long way. Let me also add trash was over flowing and flies on the ceiling. I should have taken pictures, however I was extremely pissed waiting an additional 20 minutes for only one bowl with chicken rice.

If you’re into getting treated like crap while you pay good money for food, this place is for you. Never again will I go to this location.

We first came between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM. When it was our turn to order, they were out of chicken and told us it would take 25 minutes. I had to leave to get my kids food at Taco Bell instead.We came back at 9:30 PM to get my food, and the female cashier charged me $24–$25 for just ONE single bowl! They are not charging menu prices; they are just making up their own prices. When I noticed the overcharge and questioned her, she completely ignored me and treated me like I was begging. She had a horrible attitude.I had to pressure them just to get my money returned. This was the most foolish and worst service I have ever seen in my life. Everyone please check your invoice before you leave this store! They will overcharge you.
