Island Green is my favorite but they have some new the Watermelon Mojito for summer grab before its gone. Use the parking lot next to it, there is no parking on the street. Enjoy.

At that moment I was on my lunch break and it was busy in there. I had to rush back to work and couldn’t turn back at that moment. I called in and informed an African American female Manager. She said ok she took my name and the smoothies names that I bought and said whenever I come back I’ll get the 2 remade. When I finally was able to come back I called in and was put on hold by a male then hung up on. I called back 2 more times and they did not answer. When I arrived the male manager was running out. I spoke with the male at the register and informed him what was going on and he laughed in my face and said the manager told me that we refunded you twice and gave you 2 free smoothies and was emailing you back and forth. I told him that it was not me because I never emailed anyone, I also haven’t come back there after that day until now and the female manager only took my name and order and I paid with my friends card who does not have the same name as me at all because his a he. We only spoke for 2 minutes if that. I asked him if he didn’t mind to call the manager I spoke with and he said ok but he did not call at all. He kept asking me if I was going to pay for the 2 smoothies I was ordering at that moment. And I said no because I was supposed to be getting them remade. I asked if I can get different flavored smoothies and pay the difference if there was one and he said why would you not get the original smoothies that stupid and doesn’t make sense and sus. He asked me why would you get 2 free smoothies because you didn’t like the way they taste and I said no it was because it was icy. He continued on being rude to me and then when his female colleague came in he told her about me. It was very degrading and embarrassing. I got the smoothies and left. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK THERE. Be aware. His the short Caucasian employee there. This behavior is unacceptable. He needs to be fired. And everytime I’ve been there they don’t acknowledge you right away and you have to stand there for awhile while your smoothie is already done and just sitting there when they could have easily said hello pick up and gave you your order.
