  Where to start with this place. I brought my child here to play and for my friend and I to have a drink in early March. Not only was my daughter severely injured on the unsafe dangerous slide inside the playroom. But the playroom was underwhelming and the only staff appeared to be the owners who paid me almost no mind at all. The man who works there made me and my friend incredibly uncomfortable he continued to ask how old we were and if we were on instagram. He commented on my outfit and asked if I’ve had any work done! Seems odd as he poses with a young daughter and beautiful wife on the Instagram. Finally decided to put an end to these ill wills I have and be honest after seeing other reviews! Crazy people, DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. Praying for the demons this man must be dealing with! amen.

  I genuinely wanted to love this place because it is a wonderful concept. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed my entire experience. The play area itself is very small and narrow, and at $30 per child, I expected much more not necessarily in size, but in the overall experience. After ordering a drink, the owner at the register specifically told me to take my children into the play area and that he would bring my drink to me. I waited for over an hour before finally going back to ask about it. His response was that he had been waiting until I was done playing, even though he had told me he would bring it over. It was frustrating because I spent that entire time waiting for something I had been assured would be delivered. What disappointed me even more was the lack of warmth from the owners. On multiple occasions, I made eye contact with the owner and was the one who initiated a greeting. Not once was it returned. It may seem like a small gesture, but acknowledging your customers with a simple smile or “hello” is one of the most basic expressions of hospitality. People remember how they are treated long after they’ve forgotten what they purchased. Businesses don’t just earn customers through their products, they earn them through the way they make people feel. A welcoming atmosphere creates loyal customers; an unwelcoming one quietly sends them elsewhere. I don’t mind paying premium prices when the experience matches the cost. What I cannot justify is spending my hard-earned money in a place where I leave feeling invisible rather than valued. Sadly, because of this experience, you’ve lost not just a one-time customer but someone who would have gladly returned and recommended your business to other families. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken to heart. Customer service isn’t an extra..it’s the foundation of any successful business. People will often forgive a small space or high prices, but they rarely forget how a business made them feel.

  We go every so often, son has a blast. I have tried the waffles with fruit, french fries, smoothies & coffee. All very tasty. If you are there for a supervised play, they are friendly and patient with kids.

  Staff is very nice. Drinks were bland. Very odd that a cafe is paired with a daycare center for kids.... they should pick one and focus

  Went here with my newborn and toddler for monitored play and it was amazing! They had someone in the play area overseeing the play so I was able to sit and tend to my newborn, which was great. I got a smoothie and coffee and loved it! Perfect place for parents to do something fun for their kids while also treating themselves!
