- OFOscar FuentesJun 12, 20261.0I normally don’t write reviews. I've worked in the area for two years, and now I understand why this place is always so quiet. The app crashed while I was placing my order and submitted it without any confirmation. When I tried to place the order again, I realized it had already gone through. I called and politely asked if they could reblend my drink. Even if they couldn't, I would have understood, as the issue wasn't entirely their fault. Instead of listening to my concern, I was passed between two employees, both of whom gave me attitude before even hearing me out. At one point, I was literally cut off mid-sentence with a hand gesture. Only after I finally had a chance to explain what happened did they apologize and admit that there are "always issues with the app." By that point, I was so frustrated with the poor customer service that I just told them to give me my drink and leave it at that. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service are what made this experience so disappointing.

Last week they misunderstood my order and instead of just making a new one, they always want to argue about whose right and whose wrong; like then coffee is coming out of their paycheck. Yesterday I got one of my coffees with regular milk instead of oat milk. My wife and I are allergic so we would never order such a thing.. When I expressed my disappointment to the worker today who made my coffee yesterday he again went on a tangent how I’m wrong and he’s right.. Well I left without ordering and will not be returning. Ya’ll need to get with the time and learn how to communicate and respeful customers alike. Immediately went to Starbucks across the street and got A1 service.

He treats the junior high + high school students like they’re all delinquents. I understand they could be loud, but let’s be realistic here— no one’s sitting in that dirty, dilapidated establishment. The floors are ripped up, the tables are unsanitary, the bathroom door is destroyed and constantly out of service, (Hasn’t been in service for months.) Everything inside that place is disgusting. Not to mention, the manager constantly gives unpleasant stares at other customers, including myself, but recently he’s been out of line. I suggest every fellow Dunkin’ customer here to go grab a drink or food at the one in Merrick Road or Sunrise Highway, considering the service and food is much better from my past experiences. Once again, parent to parent, don’t go here.
