I figured I would try this place again, since the last few times there was hair in my food, and the seasonal special they have for the fall looks really good, but if you’re going to have the nerve to charge $17 for a mediocre sandwich, at least make sure the employees you hire know how to read! I came in and told them my name (Kristie) and that it was an online order, the girl was immediately confused and told me she only had an order for a “Kristine”, and was I sure that I placed the order at this location (yes) and put that order on the ready rack. When she went into the back to check for “Kristie’s order” (she also asked the genius in the back and I guess he doesn’t know how to read either), I proceeded to walk over to the rack and found out that the bag was actually for Kristie, and not “Kristine”. It’s really not that hard to read names, I guess I won’t be coming back here again for a while!!

So grossed out by this place to be honest. The chicken always looks like it’s not cooked all the way. I get a chicken Caesar salad and it looks like it was made and packaged days ago instead of being fresh. I know with salads there’s always a possibility of a fly in the lettuce but today there was a whole full grown fly in my salad that I didn’t see until I already ate some of it. Absolutely disgusted
