  I really like the food here, but I’ve had very bad experiences with the employees. I always speak politely and respectfully, but they are often rude and act as if they’re angry at you. They seem to charge whatever they want — sometimes overcharging and giving you half-empty portions. If you complain, they become resentful. I also noticed behavior that made me uncomfortable. One time, I saw an employee come to the window and take a photo of my license plate. I was surprised, so I followed them inside, and they went straight into the kitchen. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see what would happen, but shortly after, the police pulled me over, which I had already suspected might happen. Overall, be careful with people like this. In my experience, some employees seem quick to make complaints or false accusations while pretending everything is fine.

  Great experience!!! I got dinner here yesterday and everyone is nice and works quick! Many different food options & fresh! Would totally recommend✅✅✅✅✅✅

  Worst tasting Cava I have ever had. Literally bland and tasteless. I had to eat it because I ordered through Uber Eats. They gave me tiny bits of each topping (like maybe 1 tsp cucumber tomato salad), didn't add where I asked for double portion, included only one sauce when I ordered two, etc. I have never disliked Cava's food before, but I did today.

  Listen I been here 3 times, hoping that it would be a different experience each time. NO! It's clean and the food is good but the portion is too small for the price, when I order I get super greens and lentils , but each scoop of everything else is so small.... I have to keep asking for more! Then when you get to the protein , the server scoops out the chicken and shakes the spoon, knocking the chicken off, then goes for a second scoop , doing the same thing ( knocking some chicken off the spoon). Then you can ask for more because they charge you for " double scoop" when you didn't get a full scoop the first time!! One time my order had about 10 pieces of chicken! These servers there don't seem too friendly either, they want you out of their face fast. Might start going to another location. Cava please do better

  This is the third time in a row that I’ve received about half a regular portion of food. This experience takes the cake.It barely fills half the bowl, and I could count exactly how may pieces of each individual item there were: 10 small cubes of chicken, 5 half cherry tomatoes, and 8 Persian cucumber salad and three chucks of feta. Of course I always request double of everything on top. Also forgot the fiery broccoli and put tzatziki that I didn’t ask for. After all was said and done, it wasn’t even fresh, and the rice was old and dried out as if it was left in the sun too long. Definitely gonna need a refund on this one. Only way I’d consider ever spending money on this stuff again. Place is overpriced to begin with, chipotle up the road is definitely a better option both in quality and bang for your buck.
