  Service is terrible. Had me waiting 40 minutes for my order just to be told that it’s been done. When I told them I’d no long like the food bc it’s cold they told me they can’t give me a refund. Reached out to their GM and their bs “contact us” online and got no response. Thanks for stealing my money and the trash service.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed my order about 20 minutes before closing, and it seemed like the employee was clearly unhappy about having to make another order that late. When I received my food, the entire order was covered in grease. There was so much oil that it leaked out of the container and soaked the whole bag. The chicken itself was even worse — overcooked, extremely dry, tough, and honestly tasted terrible. It felt like the food was rushed and prepared carelessly just because it was close to closing time. What makes this even more frustrating is that Wingstop is a large, well-known chain. I understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving food in this condition is unacceptable and not what I would expect from a restaurant this established. If the store is still open and accepting paid orders, customers should receive properly prepared food regardless of whether it’s 20 minutes before closing. I paid the same price as any other customer, so I expect the same basic level of quality and care. Having oil leak everywhere inside the bag while also receiving dry, overcooked chicken is ridiculous. I was genuinely angry and disappointed with this experience. This should not be happening at a major chain like Wingstop.

  Is this place kidding with their prices? $29 for 20 scrawny fried wings? Plus delivery fee, plus blue cheese? No thanks. Waaaaay Overpriced and less than mediocre. I’ll buy a deep fryer before I waste my money on this place again.

  Cafeteria food. Absolutely worthless. Incredible that they were able to make a chain out of this slop. I wouldn’t even give some to my dog out of respect for him, I should have stopped eating after the first bite. Got tenders with lemon pepper and mild and the seasoned fries with cheese sauce. Mild was acidic and gross. The blue cheese and cheese sauce were flavorless. Will never eat from any wing stop ever again.
