I had to try to get her attention, even though there was no other customer there. We have a 10 year old and a baby. The 10 year old asked to use the bathroom and was told that the lock was broken. After placing my order, I asked for some hot water for the baby’s milk that got cold and she was fussy. This lady told me that I would have to pay for the half cup of hot water. I go to Dunkin all the time, almost every work day and on weekends and have asked for an extra cup of ice once in awhile, and have never had to pay extra. This was the worst one I’ve been to, as the lady was rude with no empathy to a little boy who needed to use the bathroom.

There was this employee (man) who had an attitude the whole time taking my order, and while eating inside he told me to leave as he was going to mop. It’s 7 PM and they close at 10PM, why can’t I enjoy my meal in peace before driving back to NJ. Honestly this is a bad establishment, and I hope no one has to go through what I went through today.
