- RSRemi Sol5 days ago1.0I've lived 30 seconds from this Dunkin location for the past 2 years and consistently, it's been by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to (And I'vebeen to dunkins in almost every state in the US). If it wasn't convenient, I wouldn't be going back. However, since I do frequent there lets get into it. Dunkin employees are timed at the drive thru to ensure they're providing quick and optimal customer service. This is tracked. However, thIs particular Dunkin will take your small order and request you pull up and away from they're window to deceive the time to make it seem like they're effective timewise. Well they're not. A lot of fast food locations do this so it seems relatively normal. It wouldn't be much of an issue if you weren't sitting in your car waiting 10 to 15 minutes on average for your order. And then almost always having your order completely incorrect. That's this particular Dunkin's signature cherry on top. On top of that, the few times we've decided to walk in for our order, we see the workers just shuffling around, playing with each other, or just seemingly disinterested in pleasant interactions with their customer base. To wrap up this long frustrated rant.. This post is not about everyone that works there. It is However geared towards the majority. I understand that the food industry can be stressful. But this location makes the Dunkin brand look terrible. The worst part is that we know upper management is working their tail off trying to whip it into shape. Its sad to see that the people that work there just dont care. Bottom line, if you're driving through Marlboro and need a coffee or snack, just keep going straight. Highland is right up the road.

Watch two other vehicles behind honking and screaming drive around us and speed away. So I thought maybe they were short staffed. Wrong when we finally get to the windows I see at least 6 employees and no customers at the counter? Then just to keep the good times rolling I was missing food from my order and then when I told them they missed something I get a nasty look and an attitude from who seemed to be the manager in the grill. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at the establishment it has taken many to get me to this point of writing a review. This store needs a serious wake up call
