She wished me a happy birthday and had great vibes. The bagel hit right in every place, thats why me and my dad go there every Saturday. Everybody was happy inside the shop and it was SO clean for a bagel place. Would recommend!

The first 10 were great, and this place has been declining ever since. Perhaps it has changed management at a certain point. The atmosphere is dismal at best. The workers, especially the cashier is rude and they make it seem like you're inconveniencing them when you're ordering. This happens every time no matter if it's the same person or not. Just the general vibe. I ordered a buttered plain bagel, was the only one in there, and it took 20 mins to get my bagel. The customer service is consistently painfully slow and lacking. I am unable to give my business to this location any more. There are plenty of other great bagel places in the area.
