  There were four employees staffed at this location at the time of our visit. Only one was doing any of the preparing while the other three watched, making the wait time extremely long. At one point, while other customers were in line airing, the one employee turned to the other three and asked, “can you help me with these other orders?” One other employee assisted with one of the back orders and then stepped away again. This was done in the presence of the customers. We ordered two bagel sandwiches and one toasted bagel with butter for a child. Not a large order. They forgot to butter the bagel and when we went back to have to have to corrected, they charged us extra for the butter. This was our first time at this one on Sunday, July 5 @ 1pm, so I’m not sure if this is the norm.

  Stopped by for breakfast and it was a solid choice. Food was fresh, service was smooth, and the overall vibe was nice. Would come back again.

  After getting on the road a opening my untoasted buttered bagel, I found it to be way under cooked, infact I wondered if it had been baked at all. Disappointed!

  Got a bagel with cream cheese. You would expect the cream cheese to be generously spread..not here.

  I was disappointed when I coul not get a plastic fork to eat the filling that fell out of my bagel, plastic forks and spoons are inexpensive and should be available
