Only one was doing any of the preparing while the other three watched, making the wait time extremely long. At one point, while other customers were in line airing, the one employee turned to the other three and asked, “can you help me with these other orders?” One other employee assisted with one of the back orders and then stepped away again. This was done in the presence of the customers. We ordered two bagel sandwiches and one toasted bagel with butter for a child. Not a large order. They forgot to butter the bagel and when we went back to have to have to corrected, they charged us extra for the butter. This was our first time at this one on Sunday, July 5 @ 1pm, so I’m not sure if this is the norm.
