  I have been consistently going and dining at this Ralph’s coffee since it opened. The food & coffee and as well as the service and ambiance and atmosphere is amazing and delightful. The staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful and very polite. As I mentioned I go here to this Ralph’s coffee in manhasset at least two a week. It’s truly a pleasure to go there. Highly recommend this Ralph’s coffee location.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Ralph Lauren. After spending $25 on breakfast, I was told I could not use the restroom as a paying customer. It was only 10:45 AM, and a young male employee informed me that the restroom was closed and would not open until 12:00 PM. I even politely asked if someone could escort me to the restroom, but my request was denied. For an establishment associated with a luxury brand like Ralph Lauren, I expected a much higher level of customer service and hospitality. It is unacceptable to serve breakfast to paying customers while denying them access to a restroom. This experience was disappointing, inconvenient, and certainly not what I expected from Ralph Lauren. Customer service should reflect the reputation of the brand.

  i was pleasantly surprised as to how good their coffee is??? iced vanilla latte so good that i get it every other week 😆

  Ralph's Coffee, Manhassett, Long Island Solid espresso and matcha latte with both cozy indoor seating & beautiful outdoor patio and seating. I also got a non fat yogurt with granola. There are also sandwiches, pastries, chocolate and other tasty treats and drinks available. I was also impressed, there was a salmon sandwich so I’ll get that next time! There is a convenient parking lot as it‘s part of a shopping strip. As a touring musician with The Scooches and other bands, it’s my new “go to” espresso stop when I perform in the Manhassett, Long Island area! Ralph’s Coffee is actually Ralph Lauren Coffee and it’s part of a high end Ralph Lauren boutique clothing store. I was impressed with the classy display and layout of the store with both women and mens section. Plus a bathroom! Both the coffee and Ralph Lauren clothing store staff seem professional, welcoming and friendly. 5/5 stars A+

  So I went in ordered Ralph’s espresso (it’s more like a shot) and that’s find I thought it was a full cup of coffee. I ask the Asian female if I can place another order she looked at me with so much hate in eyes as if I was bothering her, she was so rude the she was speaking to me I was so embarrassed.. mind you she treated every one else with so much respect coffee is good but I will not be returning
