- SKSue KillianMay 31, 20262.0At Manchester DD was handed a large cup of just made hot coffee. The paper cup collapsed and spilled all over my inner thighs this morning. Steam covered my eyeglasses. Was given a bag of ice by concerned employee after I had to pull out of the drive thru line due to not being able to sit down. Went to Urgent Care in Canandaigua. Have 2nd degree burns on both inner thighs. DD need to evaluate their use of paper cups for hot coffee. Was informed afterwards that they just made the coffee hot and fresh for me. It was my husband’s coffee.

Do they still get inspected by the health department? Seems like a vermin breeding ground. Made me feel nostalgic for a time when dunkin was still good.

Also drive through is where the customer service comes into play, a lot of the times I’m sitting there guessing if my order is fulfilled due to them not say the simple “your all set have a good day”
