  They were really busy but the drive thru guy was still courteous and did a great job. Great customer service.

  I waited for over 5 minutes while 3 employees visited. At one point one of them referenced that I was standing there to which no one responded or moved to take my order. If they had been working, waiting wouldn't have bothered me but they were just talking. Terrible customer service! 0 stars if possible. I left.

  Always never put lemonade in my unsweetened tea when ordered. Apple pies are on the menu for breakfast but never have them ready by 630 am.

  This review is for the Egg McMuffins (actually all muffin sandwiches). Mine were horrible. The English muffin is basically untoasted. Try eating a rubbery untoasted English muffin and you will realize how unpleasant it is. Until they learn to turn the toaster up a little and put a little crunch into the muffin I won't order again. They could take a lesson from the Troy Hoosic Street location. They have some crunch to them and don't taste like raw, rubbery dough.
