Eggs on the Run Farm to Table Fare is a food trailer that has an affordable, yet upscale curated menu specifically for the breakfast connoisseur. We offer breakfast burritos with a braised brisket, smoked cheddar, and a chipotle aioli. Vegetarian options are tasty too! We offer a kids menu, on-the-go containers for the traveler, as well as sit down menu options like our signature Croque Madame (grilled ham & cheese sandwich topped with bechamel sauce, gruyere cheese & fried egg).
