  PLEASE JUST DON'T. Always out of everything + always cold food. 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on food and annoyance if you just go to the Saratoga Chipotle.

  Rarely gets order correct and frequently has missing items when ordered from the app. Gives small portions compared to other Chipotle’s I’ve been to and you have to ask for more nearly every time. They have kept the line moving inside when I’ve gone in, but I have waited in the drive through when I was the only car there. Need to hire more older more mature staff or provide better training.

  We had a fantastic experience… we have a lot of issues with our chipotle back home never having anything in stock. Everything was here (including veggies!! Yay!!). My burrito was massive, my husband got double meat and it was truly double meat. Workers were kind. I actually thought this was one of my best Chipotle experiences and we travel all over and chipotle is a consistent stop for us. Very happy with the experience!

  I came in here to get a salad. When it got to me, there was barely any salad in the bin. Instead of getting more salad, the line person scooped the tiny bit of salad that was in the bottom into a tray. It was soaking wet. I asked the person, why is it?So wet? I said, i'm sorry, but do you think you could get some?That's not so soggy. The person did get more salad also soaking wet and again gave me like a tiny handful in the bowl container, which is very small. They put the stuff on it. Salsa corn honey chipotle chicken. I got no extras no guacamole. It was almost 13 dollars.No drink just the salad. I ate it.The chicken was insanely overseasoned pure salt. Within 30 minutes my normally ironclad stomach felt like it was going to burst nothing spicy except the chicken and I never have that, I eat everything hot etc. I got so nauseous and dizzy, mind you i'm thirty five years old and don't have digestive issues. Something is not right here. The type of food they serve requires intense scrutiny to cleanliness. Apparently, it is still an issue with this franchise. I would literally rather get kicked in the shin than eat that food again.

  Love that they are so close to home for me!helps me eat better instead of fried food in the area! I usually pickup drive thru and always have a speedy and great experience. I was greeted today by a red headed young man and couldn’t be more satisfied in service! Please continue being great I for one am so happy you guys came to Malta and always with a smile at the window 🩷🩷
