While traveling home my wife and I picked this place based on reviews which were high. Unfortunaley this was not our experience. We walked into the restaurant and the front door flew open apparetly the door was not maintained and it swung open fast. We walk in and the place was empty on Saturday at 5pm. That was a big red flag for me, but we were hungry and decided to give it a go. I ordered the Pappardelle. The pasta was over cooked like canned pasta. They was barley any meat in the dish just a few bits of meat. The dish was extremely oily like the bottom of the cooking pot was scaped up to prepare the meal. The table bread that was served was burnt and had no flavor. They serve a bottle of olive oil for the bread which had no taste at all. My wife ordered the veal parm. The was a small piece of veal with tons of breading around it. The dish tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The sauce was tangy, not enough sugar to balance it out. It was supposed to come with spagetthi as that is how the server descrdibed it. It was serverd with Penne which was odd, no explanation given. We we hungry ate it and paid. Never wanted to leave a restaurant so fast in my life. The only plus was the chilled mug that my beer was served in. Just sharing my experience.

This restaurant is a top notch. The business owner Mateo goes above and beyond by making delicious authentic Italian cuisine, but most importantly he creates a memorable experience for his customers. The presentation of his dishes, the choice of artwork and pictures, the newly renovated patio, and updates are all noticed and appreciated by his many customers. I highly recommend this restaurant.
