- MLMary Long3 days ago1.0We visited this Friday around 3pm. We decided to go inside because there was a long line at the drive-thru and nobody waiting inside. We ordered our coffees and ended up standing there for quite a while. During that time, we watched every employee focus on the drive-thru while nobody made the drinks for the customers inside. We were literally the only people in the store. When we finally asked about our order, the young girl at the counter was unbelievably nasty. Instead of simply checking on our drinks, she rudely said there were “only” four people working, as if that somehow justified ignoring the only customers inside. She eventually handed me one coffee, and when I asked where the second one was, she snapped, “It’s over there. They called your number.” They absolutely did not call our number, and when we told her that, she didn’t apologize or even bother to check and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She just continued with the same nasty attitude. By the time we walked outside, every single car in the drive-thru had been served while we had been standing inside waiting. The whole reason we went inside was to avoid sitting in the drive-thru, and instead we waited even longer. Honestly, I could have overlooked the wait. What I can’t overlook is how we were treated. That employee was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment we spoke to her. If you’re going to work in customer service, you need to know how to speak to customers with basic respect. Unfortunately because of the treatment we received we will not be returning. Management definitely needs to look into how their staff is speaking to their customers.

I order through the Dunkin App and more often than not my order ends up in the drive thru shelf. So I wait for quite a while to ask about my order. Then it’s cold. 4of the 5 last trips have been Late, wrong, or cold. Bc I was waiting for something that was made but on the wrong shelf. No one pays attention to you. Use the Dunkin @least twice a day and this is the worst location for 15 miles. Go to Somers.
