- LClydia curnowAug 11, 20261.0My experience at this taco bell is embarassing for all taco bells... these employees should be absolutely ASHAMED of the poor customer service, and messing up my order. They ran out of tortillas... at that point they should just shut down for the day considering half their menu includes tortillas. The old raggedy lady at the cashier was extremely snarky and rude. They put a burrito in a bowl without the tortilla and forgot half the ingredients. Then they ran out of nacho fries and replaced them with potatoes without asking me about it. My sister is highly allergic to those potatoes and almost died. Extremely inconsiderate. When I asked for a refund on the fries the lady replied saying the potatoes cost more so it's actually a deal. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. 🙄
- HGHaylie GinettAug 10, 20261.0Not only did they want me to put my BURRITO in a bowl when I got a grilled cheese extra everything but they also didn’t put any rice at all it was a lump of cheese and sour cream but they also said they were out of fries and replaced them with potato’s with out asking and when we asked for a refund she said she didn’t know how to do it but then did it right away and only gave me 3 dollars back
