  One of the few taco bells that gets my order right every time, only issues I ever have are related to doordashers not the store. Food is fresh and tasty and changes to items are always correct!

  Never get the right order. Something is always missing (sauces drinks). Recently ordered 5 items and 3 of them were incorrect. Their staff does not give a single care about doing their jobs right. Very incompetent.

  The THIRD time in five days, purchasing multiple packs of the Carmel/Fudge Empanadas and they are so hard (overcooked to the extreme) they are going to break someone’s tooth!!! Filling cooked right out of them!!!!! Sometime a small, dried up, hard gob of filling in a corner. This is not right to serve to customers. We’ve purchased 9 packs in 5 days. That’s 18 Empanadas and every single one like that… that’s not a mistake, that is a serious pattern.

  They gave me the wrong items and refuse to answer the phone. This isn't a gordita crunch. It's a hard taco with sauce on it

  I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo received seven nuggets and one chicken, tender looked like they had been sitting for a while. They forgot to put my nacho cheese fries in the bag. I asked if I could get them fresh as well as the 10 piece nugget they put down manager said fries were fresh. She wasn’t putting them down. She said that she’ll put the 10 piece down but not the fries manager on duty was not manager material very mouthy.
