  Best noodle place in LIC and I’ve tried them all multiple times. This is a review specifically for the beef soup and minced pork noodle varieties. Haven’t tried anything else

  I love love this place. We go here all the time in the winter. Get the spicy beef noodle soup with the hand pulled noodles

  Really cute spot and really nice staff. However, as someone who grew up in Hong Kong, I would not recommend coming here for the wonton noodle soup. The wontons were clearly frozen and not handmade. They were also extremely tiny. The soup did not stand out either. I would not be surprised if it was mostly diluted water and possibly some powder and MSG. noodles were fine, but the dish was mostly just noodles and a couple pieces of bokchoy. I did not try the other noodles though so perhaps those are better

  Noodlecraft catered my wedding yesterday and it was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond and checked in on my husband and I all night. They made sure everyone’s dietary needs were taken care of (gluten free and diabetic). We got so many compliments on the food. Ricky made this a seamless process and answered all of my questions. He was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. They were very professional the entire time! They assisted my coordinator in clean up as well. I truly can not recommend them enough!
