- CCChristalSep 27, 20261.0I tried ordering a pink lemonade refresher and I got a mango lemonade I told the lady what I wanted and she told me they didn’t have the drink so she replaced it with another one and I told her why didn’t she tell us in the beginning if she didn’t have that one then when she complained, she walked away from me when I was trying to talk to her and got attitude back I paid 40 dollars for everything I’m paying for what I get

I ordered a juice and a sandwich, and they took forever to serve me. I went to check if my sandwich was there and grabbed one I thought was mine. I was calling the woman to ask if it was mine, but she ignored me and left. So I ate it, and then they started yelling and insulting me just because I took the sandwich without bacon. I had ordered it with bacon, so I paid more. I don't understand why they're complaining when they're were the ones that stole from me

They move as fast as possible, and if anything is wrong with your order, which rarely happens, I come to this location a lot, lol they fix it without a problem and apologize. The staff here is so nice my kids and I just love going to Dunkin’ Donuts at this location.

The lady at the register (the older lady - possibly the manager) is so rude and rushes you and makes you feel as if you are bothering her…We ordered an iced coffee with oat milk LIGHT and it was dark brown. I took it back up to ask for more oat milk and she added a drop more - with the hands and no gloves that she had just come from the register and handling money with. She laid my straw and lid top down on the nasty counter while she added the drop of milk. Needless to say - it was still too dark. They have zero napkins, straws, sugar, stirrers out for customers to grab you have to get the lady fulfilling the orders to hand you each individual item. Don’t even think about getting a cup of water it’s a dollar plus tax, even though you just spent $18 on food and drink. Oh and the donuts - each one - jelly, chocolate frosted with sprinkles and coffee roll must all be day old (we were there in the morning) because they were hard as a rock. Disgusting, nasty, rude establishment! I don’t know how they stay in business! BEWARE and don’t waste your money! If I could have given zero stars I would have but Google requires at least one star! Health Dept. should be watching this place!
