  Horrible experience when shopping through Instacart. One morning I placed an order for an evening pick up at 6:20 PM…When I checked the status later, the pickup time changed to around 9 PM when they had over 8 hours to prepare my order, then eventually it was canceled by the store. Two days later, I tried again, repeating the same order. The status was never updated (No items shopped)and pended for two days, before I had to call and cancel. It spoke to several supervisors who did nothing, and blamed the app. Placed another order for a different location through the same app, and my pickup was available within 20 minutes of ordering.

  Store has been re-done. Very good food shopping experience. Unfortunately they can’t control the prices.
