  Fast food and not great. I was overcharged and it's a good thing I looked at the receipt and I was issued the credit immediately.

  Just placed an online order, employees made like 6 cars park in the parking lot because they were taking their sweet time making orders! Asked the name of my order multiple times in the matter of 5 minutes! Overall between ordering and getting back home took roughly an hour and the store is 5 minutes from where I live! Please, get your shit together!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I clearly ordered the Vegetarian Luxe Box, but was given an item that contained chicken nuggets. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who specifically choose vegetarian options. When I went back through the drive-thru to address the issue, the staff member at the window was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, she said they “don’t know how to make that pocket wrap vegetarian.” There was no effort to replace the item with a vegetarian alternative or correct the order in any way. In the end, I had to throw the food away, which was a complete waste of money. Poor service, lack of basic menu knowledge, and zero accountability. I won’t be returning to this location.
