  Placed an order through my app. Arrived to pick it up a few minutes early and formed the employee that I was a little bit early and it might not be ready yet, and gave her my name, she came back with a different name.And I said, no, i'm corrected her.She said she didn't have an order with that name. I told her I put it through on the app.It says it's being prepared. Its a medium stuffed crust and garlic beead. She said they had to cancel an order.Maybe it was that one...... What?? Why did you cancel an order?!?! Dont you inform the customer when you do that?!?! She said it was for a personal pizza and they're all out of them... okay...... well, that's not what I ordered.And I showed her my phone with the order confirmation in the preparing order screen. Even confirmed the location. She said, if I don't get my money back in about three days to call them....... WHAT ABOUT NOW!?!?!?! WHAT ABOUT MY DINNER?!?!?! SO I HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS TO GET DINNER.?!?!? Left with no..... food won't be going back there ever again.

  Hated my pizza, wasn't sweet sause and then paid extra for olives and only got like 5.

  This is an FYI, I can't judge the food because I never received it. Beware when you order delivery from the PH website. It's a $6.99 charge but they outsource it to DoorDash. Last evening, after my order was over an hour late with no updates received, I called the store. They were unable to find a dasher. So that $6.99 charge is a scam.
