    Food was actually pretty good but we got 3 sandwiches and 2 large fries and all they would give us was 3 sauces packets. Who are you scaring with that ? After paying that much I want more than 3 sauce packets.

    Haven't had Arby's in a long time. Tried the new 8 dollars meat box thing. Wasn't much meat but excellent value. Got the chicken sandwich. Surprised. It was good. Food was piping hot. Looked at the mozzarella sticks and thought to myself how good could these possibly be... surprisingly good. French fries are always good.

    Two issues, 1st the restaurant was 58 degrees at the tables, thermostat said so, really cold to sit and eat. Sunday 22nd and it appears no manager around or else the heat would of been on... 2nd issue, I ordered a apple turnover warmed, and the young girl with red colored hair, grabs the heated turnover then tosses it in the bag carelessly, as I asked her right away if she could be careful to lay it flat, so the icing isnt glued to the wrapper and turnover isnt crushed ( its happened before), and then she displays an attitude, as another employee had to tell her also.. Simple common sense thing to do if Arby's hires respectable workers and most are, but not this particular young woman.

    Down hill all the way. Bad service. Wrong orders. Tried over and over because I loved Arby's. After 3rd time it's a wrap. Update Tried one more time. Once again no sauce and no o au jus. Cold food. Hire some people who can do their job. Constant mistakes every time. We order out for work all the time Arby's will not be one of them.
