  Heather was so nice. She was very patient and polite. I’ve never been here so I was very indecisive on what I wanted and she was extremely helpful. The whole staff was so sweet as well!

  Ehh, seemed average for "fancy coffee." Many local cafes all over WNY that have much better coffee that taste more like coffee and less like syrup water with caffeine in it. Won't complain about price! And the employees were nice.

  Have not tried any of the food yet, however I’ve tried several new drinks and I have not been disappointed. The crew is not only friendly, but they are absolutely gorgeous people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being who you are.!!

  By far the best iced latte and so many sugar free flavors!! The employees are awesome! And I don't mind tipping because they work hard and still less expensive than Starbucks. I'm hooked and have been going at least 2xs a week even on a Sunday when the line was long but so worth it

  Having a family day and decided to try 7Brew for the first time with the kids. When we pulled up the person taking our order was so sweet and inviting ordering for 7 people can feel like a burden but 7Brew made it feel like we were welcome. They took the time to tell us what was good and the kids would love. Made jokes to never get the energy drinks for the kids because they work lol (info for the tired parents). Cecilia met us at the window with a smile and talked with not only us but the kids involving them, getting them excited for their lemonades. She really made us feel like we wanted to get out and help be apart of the 7Brew work environment with the fun, music, and laughing. The kids even started to dance to the music and Cecilia involved the kids by handing them their drinks through all their windows. If I could give 10 stars I would thank you again from the Kerr family.
