  Came in for dine-in with family, 5pm on a Friday. We were ignored for 5 minutes then when we said we were dining in, the man making pizzas behind the counter seemed genuinely surprised as well as bewildered as to what to do with us. We were told to sit ourselves, which we did. There was no waiter/waitress around, and the only clients being helped were the take-out orders. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for a menu or even a drink before we just got up and left. No apologies or even simple recognition as we left. My only suggestion is to take down the sign that says "Now offering Dine-In", because this isn't a comedy venue, so quit with the jokes. You're only offering wasted time.

  Order was placed for the wrong time no biggie, but when someone doesn't pick up their paid for food and never contacted the customer. That is extremely bad customer service. When asked for manager I was told they aren't here contact HR. I asked for a 1st name of a manager I was told no!

  1 star – Stop ordering from this location Do yourself a favor and stop using this store on Too Good To Go. Just stop. I reserved bags twice this week. Drove there both times during the pickup window. Both times they told me they had nothing. Completely wasted my time and gas for zero product. The manager keeps posting bags that aren’t actually available. It’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern. They clearly don’t care about the customers who are spending time and money to come get the food. It’s inconsiderate and disrespectful. I ended up buying pies just so the trip wasn’t a total waste, but I shouldn’t have had to. If a store is going to list bags and then have nothing when people show up, they shouldn’t be on the app at all. Save yourself the gas and the frustration. Skip this location.

  1 star Completely inconsiderate of customers’ time and gas. I bought a Too Good To Go bag twice this week drove all the way to the store during the pickup window both times, and was told there was nothing available. Twice. The manager keeps posting these deals even though they clearly don’t have the bags ready. It’s not a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern. Wasting people’s time and gas like that shows zero respect for the customers actually trying to use the app. Ended up just buying pies so the trip wasn’t a total loss, but I shouldn’t have had to. If you’re going to list bags on Too Good To Go, have them. Don’t string people along.
