  I'm honestly surprised this McDonalds doesn't have better reviews. Granted I only ever come around lunch time and never dinner. But 9 out of 10 times I find their food to be fresh and made properly and not slapped together. The staff in the drive thru are usually very friendly and upbeat. Sometimes you can tell they are having a bad day, but we are all human and totally can relate to that. They are pretty quick with food service. I've never had to be pulled around so they can bring the food out to me. This is the one place my child loves to go to after doctors appointments in Syracuse. This is the only McDonald's that reminds me of what the food tasted like when I was a child. This is my go to spot when I need a fast and delicious lunch.

  Employees are rude..you walk in the door it smells like a garbage dump....not recommended been here twice will NOT return to this location

  I would stop occasionally after I get out of work at night. I have been 4 times and I won't be back again. Everytime I go I sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone talks. Then you have to wait 20 minutes to get your food. It only takes that long if you are the only customer they have at the moment. The last 2 times I went they took so long to answer the drive thru speaker a line formed. I waited for about 15 minutes and then I just left along with most everyone else. The day crew might be better but the night crew sucks.

  Disgusting ! Floor, tables, toilets… dirty everywhere. Slow service. Actually no Service…. Took a number but they never showed up at the table.
