I stop by after work to grab sum quick every night, they had MULTIPLE people in the building but claimed they were closed @12 ?? Then i was given an attitude after i sat at their OPEN window for 5 minutes bc nothing was said in the speakers as me n 2 other cars were waiting! Again i saw MULTIPLE (more than 2) people and nobody tried to acknowledge anyone waiting, no matter who works at this location everyone is miserable and ghetto, i wouldn’t recommend coming to this location stick to mattydale/NS and Cicero locations <3

They have bad service and they give food in a long time, and they don't. And they don't know how to talk to the customer

Online says they are open till 3 AM. I went at 1:40 AM and went in the drive thru, which the girl at the drive thru just said were closed. Awful customer service and I’m sure if corporate knew this location wasn’t actually working when they said they were, it would be a different story.

Everyone was super nice, they were pretty understaffed but i could hear them having fun and communicating while i was there which is great. my food came and was fresh and warm! the employee who had the fuggler keychain on his belt was super nice and was running around trying to make sure everything was taken care of. I think some people in these reviews need to just practice patience and kindness

Saw the only guy working the store crash out at 10 PM outside the parking lot yelling at customers to get the f out of the drive thru cause he’s not making anyone’s food because he’s the only one there… who is the operator of this McDonald’s and why would you only have one person working at night with more than 6 cars in the drive thru!! I can tell hiring is hard but this is diabolical…
