  Extremely disappointing customer service. Even after receiving a notification that my order was ready, I still had to wait another 40 minutes to actually receive it. If you place an order at this location, be prepared to carefully check everything before leaving. If something you paid for is missing from your order, apparently you will have to practically beg the staff to give you the meals/items you already paid for. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. When I politely asked for the missing items from my own order, I was met with eye-rolling, tongue-clicking, and obvious irritation, as though I were inconveniencing the employees by asking them to simply complete an order I had already paid for. And when the order was finally handed to me, the presentation and condition of it were absolutely unacceptable — it looked as though it had been pulled straight out of someone’s backside. Waiting 40 minutes after being told that an order is ready is bad enough. Having to chase down missing items while being treated with disrespect for politely asking for what you paid for makes the experience even worse. This level of service and attitude toward paying customers is completely unacceptable.

  I went to order food around midnight the store closes at 3 am. The person working said “we are closed” so I was refused service due to DoorDash do not go there later at night expecting to get food they will say that they are closed 3 hours early

  Went to the drive thru at night and ended up waiting a hour for the food and the guy taking my order was so unprofessional, slow and very rude for no reason and lied about ice cream machine not working while giving the car in front of me a ice cream cone would never go to this McDonald again the food wasn’t even worth the wait didn’t taste as good as usual.

  Went one day last week, signs up store was closed. Went again today, sat in the drive thru for ever, line didn't move so I backed out and left.

  Horrible drove 15 minutes from Auburn, New York because this McDonald’s is open. I was like OK I’m gonna beat it. It doesn’t close until 3 o’clock in the morning. I will make it by 2:45. I’m sitting at the drive-through waiting answer. The drive-through says are you using the mobile app I could care less about a mobile app and then she went MIA for the rest of the time so I screw my tires and I’m not coming back to this McDonald’s I went to a different one.
