  I bought chicken nuggets and fries for my daughter. After eating it, she became sick and threw up. Very disappointed with the food quality. I hope McDonald’s improves its food safety and quality.

  Complained about me and other dashers and Uber Eats at 2:00am we sat here forever and they ain’t doing none of the orders , they complained about us looking at them , and the drive through is more important, they say they got no time

  Order 725, 9:31pm, 6/9/26. We got our order, minus the chicken. When brought to the attention of the employee, she asked to see the bag. So tell me why we got two hot mustard dips for the quarter pounders? We walked from the hotel through the rain to show the bag. Then we got the chicken we ordered. Poor customer service. I have worked fast food. Not impressed. Will not visit again.

  I have never left a review before but this experience was so terrible I felt I needed to. I had my mobile order received at 11:27 going through the drive through. Waited in line before the window for 10 minutes then was asked to pull to the side and someone would bring it out to me. After 45 minutes I went inside and had to wait again to finally have an employee to talk to. I was told that miraculously my order hadn't been received yet, so I asked for a refund since my app wouldn't let me cancel since it indeed had been received. I was told that a manager would be up momentarily but he was busy at the time. Total wait time at this point was pushing the one hour mark. After waiting a few more minutes I stepped outside to have a smoke, then came back in and was ignored as customers came and went, also having waited for absurdly long times. Finally after I had waited 2 hours one of the employees was making food for one of thier friends and I loudly asked about mine. The manager finally came up and processed my return on my card. 2 hours. No food. Honestly Im impressed with how bad the service was. So glad i went there because it was right next to my hotel instead of the 2 minute detour to Wendy's. Dont waste your time going here
