  Nice people working here, I felt like that needed to be said. I watched a customer in front of me talk down to a nice young man behind the counter for no reason other than to prove how terrible people can be no matter how pleasant you are to them. I genuinely hope that any young person working retail understands that not everyone is a terrible excuse for a human being. It's just the ones who are, are always the loudest.

  I was having an asthma attack. I was over an hour from home without my 8nhailer and I needed help. This was the first drug store I found. I went to the prescription counter, leaned over in front of the pharmacist & asked for help, all the while gasping for air. I was told they couldn't do anything without a prescription. I said it was on my phone (in my hand). She said she'd do it but it would be a long time. I walked out. Luckily I found someone who had an emergency inhaler shortly after leaving. Asthma attacks are not a joke and can lead to death. I have never, ever dealt with a pharmacist who refused to help, especially in a situation like this. She didn't care at all. The very least she should have done was offer to call an ambulance or direct me somewhere where I could get help. She wanted nothing to do with me. I will never shop at Kinney's again.
