  Nice people working here, I felt like that needed to be said. I watched a customer in front of me talk down to a nice young man behind the counter for no reason other than to prove how terrible people can be no matter how pleasant you are to them. I genuinely hope that any young person working retail understands that not everyone is a terrible excuse for a human being. It's just the ones who are, are always the loudest.

  Have always had excellent service both here and the Baldwinsville store. There drug prices are generally much cheaper than Wegmans or Walgreens. They are also far more convenient to get into than other in-store facilities. 1

  I have been dealing with Kinney Drugs since they opened their first store in Saranac Lake, NY many years ago. I always found the pharmacists to be the most helpful, knowledgeable professionals around, often turning to them for their advice before my own doctor. Sadly, this is no longer the case. I now live in the Liverpool area and have been going to Kinney's on Oswego Rd. since I moved here. When I first got here the pharmacist was Steve, and he lived up to the standards I had come to expect from Kinney's staff. In the last few year's since Steve's retirement, the quality of the pharmacists at the Oswego Road location has been declining. The one that's there currently is the worst yet. The lack of assistance in addition to the rudeness and arrogance has been a bit much to deal with. Today was the final straw and I will be doing business with another pharmacy. I want to be clear that the staff in the pharmacy has always been great. This is the pharmacist herself, the one you should be able to rely on the most. A couple of months ago she even argued with my provider about when I could pick up a prescription. The pharmacist turned out to be in the wrong but there was no acknowledgement or that fact or apology. Her attitude needs to change or find a new job. I'm surprised Kinney's would keep someone like that on staff.
